AN ORDINANCE ENACTING A CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF CRESTVIEW HILLS, KENTUCKY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Crestview Hills, Kentucky, has codified and revised its ordinances into a Code of Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires publication of its Code of Ordinances pursuant to KRS 83 A.060(9).
The following Certification is made pursuant to said statute by the undersigned city attorney. The Code of Ordinances is available for review at the City Building during normal working hours of the City Clerk.
The Contents of the Code of Ordinances are as follows:

Title III. Administration
Title V. Public Works
Title VII. Traffic Code
Title IX. General Regulations
Title XI. Business Regulations
Title XIII. General Offenses
Title XV. Land Usage

SECTION I.
All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in conflict herewith are to that extent only hereby repealed.
SECTION II.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
