§ 31.35. COMPENSATION.

The compensation of each member of the City Council is hereby established at the sum of two thousand four hundred dollars ($2,400.00) per year, payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments effective January 1, 2001. The annual salary of each member of City Council shall be increased to two thousand eight hundred dollars ($2,800) effective January 1, 2005.
