§ 114.99. PENALTY.

Any person, firm, corporation, or entity who is found in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day of a continuing violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
